Each cell is labeled with a unique Deligreen ID sticker. In case of any issues, simply send us a photo of the sticker — we can instantly identify the batch and shipping date to streamline after-sales support and warranty service.
We ship 4 cells per box, each protected in a 5-layer UN-certified cardboard carton with custom-designed reinforced foam inserts.
This packaging has been improved over three iterations, and we’ve now achieved near-zero damage rates in transit.
